This delicious blend of Verdejo and Viura is made from old vines that have been tended for generations. Organic farming and traditional techniques produce a refreshing wine with white fruit, mountain herbs and mineral notes. It offers good balance and fresh acidity, with a slightly bitter finish that is typical of Verdejo.
Try it with seafood, salads, grilled and fried fish, or shellfish like mussels or clams. It also works well with fresh cheeses like goats cheese or feta, or can even handle slightly spicier Asian dishes with a little chilli in them.

ABOUT THE PRODUCERS
Vidal and Alicia founded the small Vidal Soblechero winery in the 1990s. The vineyard is built on the legacy handed down by their father, Claudio, and by his parents before him, who for forty years tended the family’s 42 hectares of vineyard with the utmost care. Alicia and Vidal focus on quality over volume and are committed to a traditional and organic approach to their winemaking to ensure their wines fully express the terroir of this wonderful region.
